Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or require an exchange of sizes please follow these simple instructions, we provide 2 methods of returning merchandise, Royal Mail Special Delivery and TNT. Please follow the below steps for both methods.

Please note that if you are unable to see the online return form when you log in to your account the 15 day return period has expired.  Please ensure that briefs/thongs etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Please return the item in its original, unused condition - including all original plastic packaging and tags - for a  refund,  less courier charges.

  • Log on to your account on www.blossommotherandchild.com and fill out the electronically generated return form indicating the reason for the return of the items. Print paperwork and include with returned items.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery only: please include the return paperwork. We highly recommend that you send the return via a traceable method as Blossom does not assume responsibility for Royal mail returns, unless returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery (this will ensure your return is insured against any loss or damage)

  • For your convenience we offer a premium worldwide express courier service for returns through TNT costing £10, this will be deducted from your return total.  Please call TNT on 0800 100 600, stating the return is for Walton Street Blossom Mother and Child
  • Print out  the return email which you will receive, if it is not in your inbox, please check your junk folders, and include it within the package.

Exchanges – we regret that it is not possible to offer exchanges on orders  purchased on-line in our stores. Please return the size you do not wish to keep and re-order the correct size.
 
Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our store and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.  Blossom Mother and Child also reserve the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
