Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or require an exchange of sizes please follow these simple instructions, You can return merchandise using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please follow the below steps for both methods.

Please note that if you are unable to see the online return form when you log in to your account the 15 day return period has expired.

For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange Briefs, Hosiery and/or support underwear. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. We may refuse returns where it's obvious this has not been done.

Please return the item in its original, unused condition - including all original plastic packaging and tags - for a refund or exchange:

  • Log on to your account on this site and fill out the electronically generated return form indicating the reason for the return of the items. Print paperwork and include with returned items.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery only: please include the return paperwork. We highly recommend that you send the return via a traceable method as Blossom does not assume responsibility for Royal mail returns, unless returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery (this will ensure your return is insured against any loss or damage)
  • Our returns address is:

  • Print out  the return email which you will receive, if it is not in your inbox, please check your junk folders, and include it within the package.

Exchanges – we can now offer exchanges on same item different size, orders purchased online will be refunded through our website, you are also welcome to exchange sizes in our stores, (if the item is available) if not we can arrange to have the size exchanged once your return is received and sent directly to you.

For all returns you need to fill in an online return request within 7 days of receiving your order and return the items within 15 days of receiving your purchase.
 
Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our store and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.  Blossom Mother and Child also reserve the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
