Blossom Mother and Child offers only the highest quality products. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or require an exchange, for your convenience, we provide a premium worldwide express courier service through DHL. Simply follow the below steps:
- Log on to your account on www.blossommotherandchild.com and fill out the electronically generated return form indicating the reason for the return of the items. Follow the instructions on the site to call DHL, print out the completed form or the return email which you will receive to your inbox after the form are submitted and include it within the package.
Please note that if you are unable to see the online return form when you log in to your account - you have expired the 15 day period.
- Return the item in its original, unused condition - including all original plastic packaging and tags - within 15 days of receipt for a full refund less DHL courier charges.
- Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Blossom Mother and Child also reserve the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
