Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or require an exchange of sizes, you can return any unwanted items within 15 days of receipt of goods. Note, for reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange briefs and/or support underwear. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear.
All items must be returned with full packaging and labels and must be in fully resaleable conditions. We may refuse returns where this is not the case.
To return an item for refund or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
1. Please complete the returns form included within your order, clearly printing your name, order number and details of items to be returned / exchanged.
2. Address your return to: Blossom Internet Returns, Blossom Mother and Child, 101 Freston Road, London W11 4BD.
3. We suggest you ship your items using a service that provides a proof of delivery. Note, we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.
Once we have processed your return/exchange you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.
