Delivery information
We always aim to send your order on receipt. Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. All shipping outside London is handled by Blossom Mother and Child’s carrier partner DHL.
The following table is only an indication of shipping costs, actual costs depend on the size and weight configuration of the merchandise purchased.

The below time table is supplied to us by DHL, however, external factors may cause delays. Blossom will endeavour to deliver all goods within the time specified but accepts no liability for any late delivery.
Your order will be shipped once:
- Payment has been approved.
- The delivery/billing address has been verified.
In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which the above prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.
