Purchases made on the site are for the personal
or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale,
commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the
purpose of purchasing goods or services which may be offered
by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit
card, or any electronic cash, which you use is your own and
that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover
the cost of any goods or services. We reserve the right to
obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before
providing you with any goods or services.
Blossom reserves the right not to accept your
order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation
for payment, that the items ordered are out of stock does
not meet our quality standards or that you fail to meet the
eligibility criteria set out in these conditions.
Blossom may, at its sole discretion, refuse services
to anyone at any time. On doing so it will not be liable to
you or any third party on any account whatsoever.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
You may not cancel or modify your order once it is has been fully processed, you should follow the returns procedure set out below.
We aim to please. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to exchange an item for a different size, the following applies:
Subject to clause 4.2.6, you may return any Products you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason. You will then be entitled to a refund from Blossom less shipping cost to your credit card, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.
Product returns will only be accepted if the item is returned to us in its original, unused condition (including all original plastic packaging and tags) within 15 days of the delivery date. For your convenience we provide an import express service through DHL.
A completed returns form must be supplied with the item being returned. Forms can be downloaded from our website, or else from the returns email. Follow the instructions on the form, print out the completed form and include it with the item being returned.
Subject to compliance with these terms and conditions you will be refunded an amount equal to the full invoiced price of the item less shipping costs. Blossom will offer you free shipping for your first return. Subsequent returns will need to be returned at your own cost.
Products can not be returned after 15 working days of the delivery date. Late returns will be returned to the customer. Sale items are final sale.
We can only accept returns on items which are unworn, unwashed, tagged and in the original plastic packaging.
