Founded in 2003 by Basma and Yasmin Alireza and Tania Khreino, Blossom Mother and Child combines high fashion and maternity to create a new lifestyle for the expectant woman.
A sanctuary from the outside world, Blossom Mother and Child offers expectant mothers a rich and comprehensive experience that extends beyond the confines of the store, a space that is theirs alone to pamper themselves and indulge their every shopping fantasy.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Blossom Mother and Child?
All credit card transactions on this site are processed by Sagepay, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to WorldPay is encapsulated using encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via SSL.
How will I know you received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit card has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped.

How soon can I get my order?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days for UK deliveries, and 3-4 days for International deliveries. However, please allow up to 10 days for all deliveries as external factors may cause delays.Your order will be shipped once:
• Payment has been approved.
• The delivery/billing address has been verified.
In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which the above prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. All shipping outside London is handled by Blossom Mother and Child's carrier partner DHL.
The following table is only an indication of shipping costs, actual costs depend on the size and weight configuration of the merchandise purchased.

**London/UK prices shown are inclusive of VAT, for all other countries local taxes will be applied to the price shown upon delivery of the goods. The actual shipping cost for any specific purchase will be detailed for the client's approval prior to any purchase being completed.
How can I expect to receive Goods?
Most orders will be delivered to you in our beautiful signature Blossom boxes, which we hope you will like enough to keep.
Does Blossom Mother and Child ship to Post Office Boxes?
Due to shipping restrictions, unless there is a reception agent present at the P.O. Box during business hours, customers with P.O. Boxes will need to arrange for an alternate physical delivery address. You must provide us with an address where our delivery service can get a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
Is my package insured?
Blossom Mother and Child has arranged that all merchandise in transit from Blossom Mother and Child to the delivery address be insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer. Once the merchandise has been delivered to the specified delivery address the merchandise is no longer covered by insurance.
How are duties and taxes calculated?
Prices on the website are shown as UK VAT inclusive. During the check out procedure, the customer will identify which country is the destination for the merchandise, if you are a non-EC customer, VAT will automatically be netted off the final invoice before the customer authorizes payment.
Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?
At the moment we are only equipped to ship to those countries specified in question 5 above. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.
What is Blossom Mother and Child's return policy?
Blossom Mother and Child offers only the highest quality products. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or require an exchange, for your convenience, we provide an import express service through DHL. Simply following the following steps:
1. Log on to your account on www.blossommotherandchild.com and fill out the electronically generated return form indicating the reason for return of the items. Follow the instructions on the site to call DHL, print out the completed form or else the returns email, and include it within the package.
2. Return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original plastic packaging and tags) within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs.
3. Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.

How do I make purchases on Blossom Mother and Child.Com?
Making a purchase is easy on blossommotherandchild.com. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Shop by browsing through our Look Book or shopping directly from the Shop to access the various departments: Ready-to-wear, Lingerie, and our Denim Bar.
2. Click on the image or choose from the menu to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing and colour options.
3. Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on the 'add to bag' button near the desired item.
4. Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item. To change the number of items click on 'update shopping bag' and key in the new quantity.
5. Resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag, click the 'back to browsing' button. Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping bag another customer can still purchase it.
6. Proceed to checkout to finalize your purchases and follow the instructions on the site.

Will Blossom Mother and Child have seasonal sales?
Blossom Mother and Child.Com like its offline shop offers seasonal sales. Due to the exclusive nature of our stock, we can't guarantee that an item will still be available for purchase late in the season.
How do I know it will fit?
For our prêt-a-porter collection, we have a standardized XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL system. To simplify the process, we have also included a sizing chart for your information. Please order in the size corresponding to your pre-pregnancy size. If you are in between sizes order the next size up. It's always better to allow yourself room to grow.

Should you be unhappy with the fit for a particular purchase you can return the item, or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions listed under returns.
What payment method does Blossom Mother and Child accept?
Blossom Mother and Child accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Delta, and Switch debit cards. Your credit card will only be charged once your purchase is shipped.

Most of the items on blossommotherandchild.com are in stock unless the words "Sold Out" appears. If no "Sold Out" message is displayed, the item is in stock and available to ship.
