DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Delivery information
We always aim to send your order on receipt. Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
For goods shipped outside the EU, the prices will be adjusted at checkout to exclude VAT.
Shipping costs
Our standard delivery is free within the UK on all purchases over £100 and varies internationally. All deliveries require a signature. Please see table below for details. Note the time for delivery is only indicative. Please allow up to 5 days before contacting us about deliveries.

**London/UK prices shown are inclusive of VAT, for all other countries local taxes will be applied to the price shown upon delivery of the goods.
Note that all orders within the EU are charged the standard UK VAT rate of 20% - this is included in the displayed price of the products .
The actual shipping cost for any specific purchase will be detailed for the client's approval prior to any purchase being completed.
Delivery times
Blossom will endeavour to deliver all goods within the time specified but accepts no liability for any late delivery.
Your order will be shipped once:
- Payment has been approved.
- The delivery/billing address has been verified.
In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which the above prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.

Gift option
If you are ordering a gift - either if its for yourself or for someone close to your heart, you can choose to get your items gift wrapped and to leave a personal note which will be handwritten upon a card included in the package. This option is available in the checkout process.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We will not charge your card until the order is ready for dispatch. All orders are subject to our returns policy.
