CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: Last orders for standard UK delivery must be placed by 12pm, Friday 20th December and next day UK delivery by 10am, Monday 23rd December. (Please note all parcels are sent via Royal Mail and while we will try our up most to make sure they get to you by Christmas however we cannot guarantee this, therefore please order with plenty of time to spare especially on international orders)
CHRISTMAS RETURNS: We have extended our returns policy for those items purchased as gifts, all items must be returned or exchanged by Monday 13th January 2014.
We always aim to send your order as soon as possible. Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt however during busy periods such as sale this may take longer.
For goods shipped outside the EU, the prices will be adjusted at checkout to exclude VAT.
Our standard delivery is free within the UK on all purchases over £75 and varies internationally. All deliveries require a signature. Please see table below for details. Note the time for delivery is only indicative. Please allow up to 7 days before contacting us about deliveries.

*Note that shipping does not include any local duties that may be levied upon delivery of your goods. Parcels over 2.5 kg will sometimes take 2-3 days longer to be delivered.
Blossom will endeavour to deliver all goods within the time specified but accepts no liability for any late delivery.
Your order will be shipped once:
- Payment has been approved.
- The delivery/billing address has been verified.
In calculating when your order will arrive, start from the day you placed your order and count only business days thereafter.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or require an exchange of sizes, you can return any unwanted items within 14 days (7 days for sale items) from receipt of goods. Please note, for reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange briefs and/or support underwear. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear.
All items must be returned with full packaging and labels and must be in fully resaleable conditions. We may refuse returns where this is not the case.
To return an item for refund or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
1. Please complete the returns form included within your order, clearly printing your name, order number and details of items to be returned / exchanged.
2. Address your return to: Blossom Internet Returns, Blossom Mother and Child, 101 Freston Road, London W11 4BD.
3. We suggest you ship your items using a service that provides a proof of delivery. Note, we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.
Once we have processed your return/exchange you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account. Returns are sent back at your own cost unless the item is faulty or there was a mistake on our behalf.
